We are proud to announce that SENS and RecScreen® have been selected to take part in the exhibition of the 2nd Construction Week at MATCOAM (March 25–27) in Madrid.

This exhibition, organized by the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM), highlights materials that actively promote health and well-being in architectural projects.

SENS was awarded the Silver Medal, and RecScreen® 3500P received the Bronze Medal in the Mixed Fabrics category.

This recognition reaffirms our commitment to innovation, transparency, and the development of materials that enhance wellness in architecture.

Thanks to the recognition granted by Friendly Materials® by PMMT Forward Thinking Architecture, our fabrics are now part of this important initiative that promotes healthier, safer, and more responsible built environments.

In March 2025, RECASENS took part in a series of traveling training sessions organized by LLAZA WORLD in Bilbao, Madrid, and Seville, which brought together 79 companies from the solar protection industry. These sessions, with a strong technical and practical focus, became a key platform for knowledge exchange.

One of the most highly rated modules was delivered by Cristina Lages, Specification Director at RECASENS, who led a technical presentation on sun protection fabrics. Her talk sparked great interest among attendees, who acknowledged the need to deepen their understanding of this essential aspect of sun protection systems.

The session covered key topics such as fabric composition, performance against environmental factors, special treatments, and selection criteria based on the type of installation. This approach helped professionals understand the direct impact that high-quality technical fabrics have on the durability, efficiency, and aesthetics of the final product.

Our participation reinforced the collaboration between RECASENS and LLAZA, two leading companies in the sector with a shared goal: to offer complete, innovative, high-performance solutions. These sessions also allowed us to continue promoting technical training as a key tool for professional development within the industry.
